Gracie did great in soccer this year. She was the littlest girl on the team, but she tried hard, and learned a lot. Plus, she’s adorable in her soccer outfit. Her team was the Blue Dolphins, and she had a great time. Click here to view the whole album.

The Bishop Hot Tamales after a difficult loss in the semi-finals of the Carson City Shootout. The Hot Tamales are the Bishop AYSO U10 boys all-star team, and they traveled to Carson City for the tournament. They won both of their first round games easily, by large margins, but were barely nixed out in the semifinal game by the South Lake Tahoe Tigers, by a final score of 2-1. Everyone played great, and I was proud that the U10 team I coached (the Silver Bullets) put three members on the all-star team! My boys from the Silver Bullets were Daniel Martinez, Joey Griego, and Clyde McCoy (alternate). They look sad in this photo, but they did have a great time, and they played their hearts out.
