Joey was selected this year to play on the Bishop AYSO soccer all-star team, which will travel to Carson City for a regional tournament. He’ll be going with over 140 other kids from Bishop to play in the Kit Carson Shootout. The tournament will take place the first weekend in November.
We went last year, where we lost in the semi-final. We have a great team, and the boys selected all seem to play well together. This year, we’re taking two teams for each age level, to play in the “Sierra” and “Cascade” divisions, so many more AYSO players will be able to get that tournament experience. It should be fun, and I’ll make sure to get lots of pictures!
