Saw this today, and I enjoyed it a lot. I think most people inherently understand why profit incentives don’t work, but we sometimes pretend otherwise.  Three things motivate us for complex tasks – they are autonomy, mastery, and purpose.  Give us these three things, and watch the amazing things that can happen.  Share and enjoy!
